My proverb is The Fiddle Makes The Feast. The peice has to be six inches tall. I have the fiddle made and it is standing on a base to hold it up but im confused about the feast part of the proverb. Any suggestions on how i could make it.

its all about the music....good music at a party is what make a party good. So show people dancing around the fiddle and maybe some food items as well.

If you want to do something other than your usual food items
you could have a swine somewhat slouching/leaning against the fiddle,in a position to suggest contentment.
The pigs expression could imply that the feast is one of two things, one it is him with an apple in his mouth or two it is coming or has been finished (the feast I mean).
Weird but it may be fun.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!

Sounds like a class project by a slave driver instructor whose motto is: "I had to suffer in art class doing art for art's sake - now it's YOUR turn!" How about laying the fiddle down on it's back flat like a table top and "set it" with food, wine, bowls of fruit like it was the table top? Or open the fiddle up like a cornecopaia with fruits and vegetables bursting out of it?
