I have been a cutter for over 7 years, on and off. I've found that talking with a therapist and psychiatrist helps tremendously. My psychiatrist also prescribed antidepressants, which helps a little. My counselor and psychiatrist are helping me find other ways to deal with frustration and stress. My favorite is writing in a journal or calling a friend. I'm not going to tell you to stop, because believe me, I know how hard it is to stop. Stay safe.

Dude I know where your coming from. Just find some really good friends and they should pull you out of it. I know because someone I love did this for awhile and I pulled her out of it.

i cut but the people that i want to live with who help me with that problem i can live with. and i also bite my slef and i pull out my hair. like yesterday it was horriblr... but try to surround your self with friends and family that loves you and cares about you cuz that is what i did and it has hellped alot.

i recently saw this play by the 'c.a.s.t.' clean and sober theatre. it has stuff like that in it and what they said really made sense. you need to talk to someone anyone. a counselor....

i hate life too. i caught my mom haveing ''phone sex'' and i dont cut. so just try to internet blog or just talk to yourself. thats what i do....i also just ignore everything
