Here is a web site that you can use to look up historical currency exchange rates for the last few years:

I'm not sure if such a thing exists publicly, as there wouldn't really be a common need for figuring out a currency exchange based on a previous date.

Maybe check with a bank or currency exchange house to see if they can help

You can't convert currency at a previous date if you haven't converted it yet.
