I guess it depends... are they at his bed side?
If they are in an album, stored somewhere, I would not mind. They are part of his life, before you.

I don't think it's wrong to react negatively. You have made a home together, and if keeping pics/letters of his girlfriends bothers you, he shouldn't keep them. Even if he considers them friends now, they WERE girlfriends at one time, and he needs to get on with life and not live in the past.

Are you asking if you SHOULD be upset? I sure think so. Geez, he is YOUR husband. It is great that he wants to be friends with other people, even females. He should know though, if something makes you feel uncomfortable that you come first before those "friends". I hope you get the opportunity to tell him so.
Good luck and have a great night.

try to have your ex bf's picture taken and keep them. If asked, tell your husband the same reason he tells you.
An eye for an eye. A tooth for a tooth.

The past is gone, and as long as the ex is not in his life, you should let that be. He hasn't asked you to get rid of any thing from your past? As long as you two are adults about this, then things will work out for the best in your marriage.

Well, it´s better keep letters and pictures than keep them by his side. It´s a way to remember the past. He married you and not his past, so it´s better you give attention to your man instead of wasting your time with foolish things.

i make sure to burn all old pix I ca find when i reach the point i know we'll never be together again.
I only keep pics of female friends if I never dated them. If I dated them i'd get rid of any pics I find.
Tell him it bothers him that you feel he's saving them in case he goes back to her. He might just say "okay" and throw them out. I would.

I give up on the question, I don't know how you would react.
However, Bad idea on the pictures. They are abviously fond memories that he wants to keep fresh in his memory.
You may not like the reason why he does that.

Bring you x-files pictures and letters and see what he does...
I normally don't suggest that 2 wrongs make one right, but I don't think he understands how you feel about the "friendship reminders"...
Sorry, but I can't find any justifications to this, specially if he doesn't respect your feelings, that if it was me I'd absolutely be upset! Wouldn't you be??

I keep the same things, and my wife doesn't have a problem with it. It's a personal issue.
