I'm trying to get my booty and my breats bigger, what are some of the things I should be doing or some of the foods I should be eating to improve my situation? Help me people!

There is no way to control where exactly you gain weight. If you want to increase those areas in particular you would need to have plastic surgery.

okay as for your boobs... only a boob job will permanently increase the size, but who cares... bigger isnt better. I have DDs and Im not exactly thrilled with them. But look up stuff like Brava.com, or search natural breast enhancement.

As for your butt... simple calesthetics will help. It builds the muscle underneath the fat and boosts it up. Try getting on all fours and lifting one leg (like a dog on a fire hydrant) until you cant lift it anymore.Also eat alot of bread, and work out your thighs so it doesnt add fat to them too.

Push up bra, squats, leg presses that also target the gluteous ... you can also eat a lot but you'll gain weight and then you'll have big everything too! :) ... I personally prefer the first option!

It's not that simple. You'd have to gain weight or lose weight, in addition to overall exercise and toning.

It's all about genetics.

Both will grow as the amount of fat in your body increases. Eat up!

they say to get bigger boobs, if they are squeezed and sucked on a lot they will get bigger, and to get a big butt
they say a lot of sex will make it bigger.

Workout helps, but have do exercises that focus on those areas.

Drink beer and eat fatty foods. Both are places that store fat.
