trust me im into fashion and were the white ones- it complements your backround- and dont get the red - its to accessorized and if its not thee same exact shade it wont look good together.- go with the white trust me it will look good- and plus its a wedding. but not to lessen the red on your dress i would were red jewlery like earings and a necklace and bracelt- that gives the red a complement and doesnt lessen it- so all around you look good jus the perfect amount of color for the red and white

wear the red shoes. the red will really make the polka dots in the dress stand out and will make your shoes blend with it since the polka dots get bigger as they go down the dress. since the dress does end three inches above your knee, no one will really notice that the two reds are different shades-- there is enough space between the dress and the shoes that the two shades will appear to be closely matched.
the red will also add some color to your skin tone, just in case you don't get the wonderful tan you want by the wedding. white shoes would just make your legs appear even more pale, which no one wants-- so definately go for the red!!

Just in case you were wondering.. You really shouldn't wear white to a wedding. You never know if your white dress is going to be better than the Bride's (most Bride's dresses are generally white) and you don't want to steal the spot light away...
But since you have red in it then you should be fine...
You didn't really mention what colour red.. is it a wine red.. or is it a bright candy apple red? Also what kind of bag are you considering?
I'm just going to infer as to what your dress looks like and I'm going to say red pumps.. (meaning red heels.. flats will look horrible and take away from the dress and from your legs ultimately giving you a horrible shape) Also I'd go for a red bag as well....

Wear the red shoes. It will make the dress with the red polka dots just pop. Also, consider wearing red lipstick to complete this look. That will be great at a spring wedding. You will be beautiful!

Since the color of your red shoes does not really match the polka dots on your dress, I would say to wear the white shoes.
Hope your white shoes are nice and strappy sandals. And carry a white handbag too! You would look lovely I am sure! How about hoop earrings to match?
So have fun and dance the night away!!!
PS: Polka dots are always IN! And they are fun too!

theres a lot of good shoes to wear. like red, white, black and some others match. but i would go w/ the white since the red isnt the same shade/color. but remember that whit gets dirty fast. (either one works)
