Yes, that is actually fairly common. Docs talk about how laps are so free of side effects, but as a nurse I've seen plenty of people (including my wife, sister AND mother) who say they will never have another because of how crappy they felt afterwards.

Your pain sounds like more than the average patient. Definately would not be a bad idea to call the nurse at your clinic and tell them about the leg pains... she might have some good practical advice (which would depend on what they saw which is why I won't suggest any specifics!!!)
Best wishes,

The shoulder pain is from the Gas used to inflate your abdomen for the procedure. It is slowly reabsorbed, the reason it causes shoulder pain is when you are upright the gas rises and causes pressure. It is not uncommon to have generalized discomfort/pain afterword. If it is not improving contact your doctor.
I had 2 and aslo a health care professional

Walking is not the best thing you can do. Rest for the next couple of days. The gas is resorbed in 24-48 hrs or so and walking or being upright will make it worse.

When they do a laprascope, they fill your abdomen with a gas to inflate your abdomen so they can see in your abdomen easier.
Though they get most of the gas out of your abdomen when they are through, there is always some residual gas that causes your upper body to hurt.
There are several different reasons why your legs would hurt so it is hard to speculate without more detail.
Walking is the best thing you can do for both problems.

I had my gall bladder out by way of laparoscopy and I used to be in alot of suffering whilst I awoke. BUT whilst I acquired house that day I used to be feeling bigger in a couple of hours. I used to be exceptional from the surgical procedure however I had a response to the tylenol with codeine and that brought on me extra suffering. I could not carry my son for approximately every week or so. But he used to be a colossal hefty youngster on the time. But all in the entire restoration wasn't that dangerous. I had plenty of nausea. Not certain if its from the surgical procedure or the gall bladder being eliminated.

Shoulder pain is a side effect of the anesthesia. Leg pain is proably from the position your legs were in during the procedure. They may hurt for a few days.
