You should be able to play. With less than 1 GB of RAM you may experience some lag in the more populated areas and on a more populated server. Your video card will also effect the lag. Your processor speed seems fine. As I said, you should be able to play but may experience some lag.

The CPU and RAM are fine, but it will really depend on your Video Card and your Internet connection speed.

It depends on the system of your loptop, If your loptop has the requirements for the world of warcraft to run, there is nothing to worry about, unless you have a low video memory! but i think your loptop can run the game!! just don't be so clumsy while playing the game! it will be so harmful for your loptop ^^
