Various species of penguins, pardalotes, prions and petrels. Some bee-eaters do too but I was hoping to think of a few more beginning with P.

The Kea, a New Zealand parrot, often nests in underground burrows.

Leach's Storm Petrel also nests in burrows (or rock crevices)on the Pacific northwest coasts
