After a missed period, generally around five or six weeks.

Before I missed a period, I was moody, and light headed sometimes, breasts got very sore and then when i was 5 weeks i felt queasy at different times, also before i missed a period i used to get period like cramps thinkin my period is about to arrive.. only it didnt, some women do not get any symptoms at all!!!

They could start as early as a week before you were due to start. Example: Nausea and nipple tenderness. You know the pregnancy tests now can detect the pregnancy hormone before you miss a period.

In my case I knew I was pregnant at 10DPO. Now not everyone it's like this. I didn't even experience implantation bleeding. It just came with a cold. Which right now it's bothering me.

I knew I was pregnant just by waking up one day and I felt full like expanded. And my boobs were sore and my lower back ache but nothing to be felt. Just slight symptoms. Now something that I really notice was the fact that I felt my vagina tingly like slight cramps not my ovaries just down there. Also something that made me know it was the fact that I was examining my privi and felt the inside soft and expanded. And that's when I really got worried, it wasn't like something I felt before.

i had symtoms rite away. i was about 2 weeks or so when i found out. i was so convinced i was getting my period. well my breast were way more tender than usual they hurt so bad i knew suttin had to be up. but that was my first physical symtom. besides my dreams.
