What sort of things make black marks against your credit rating? Do you have to recieve a debt collection notice for it to go on your credit rating or just a final overdue payment notice??

Using the credit limits that are high in relation to your income. trading in credit cards and using the balance tranfers to shift large balances. Holding cards for less than 1 year, gives you a short credit history. these are just a few.
