wow dont no how to turn on ur xbox easy all u do is there is a big white button in the middle now click the button and then the xbox door will open and now Insert the game into the xbox and now press the button again to shut the door

if u've tried everything, call a local electronics store, or the X-box customer Service line, or try to return it... any of those options should work
