That would be all of them. I've never found a hotel in the city that would rent a room to a minor. They all require an adult to register for the room. The reason, simply enough, is that minors can't enter into a contract in Illinois. So you rent them the room and they trash it...hard as heck to sue them to repair it.

That is the policy but these teens and their fake ID`s can stay anywhere they want.
