The best product I've found to cover any kind of skin imperfections is by MAC. It's called StudioFix - it is a powder and foundation in one. Just use moisturizer before you apply it. If you need heavier coverage, just dampen the sponge a bit and then apply it. Then apply the powder to the rest of your face with a Kobuki brush and that should cover pretty well.
You should go to a MAC store or counter and have your foundation color properly matched - they will even show you how to cover problem areas effectively. And don't be afraid to just walk around the mall for a while before deciding on buying makeup - it's best to see it in different lightings before you decide that you like it.

i find that the best way i cover mine, i use SHEER COVER! its such a miracle makeup and its so light it doesnt even feel like your wearing any! you order it over the tv or go on the net and look up guthy renkur and type sheer cover! its an amazing product!
but for the time being while u may be waiting for it or u dont want to get sheer cover, massage a tinted moisturizer into your skin and then use a foundation, if this still doesnt cover up those spots use some conclear and dap that on all your spots, then run a powder over your face to set it! does the trick for me :)
although i do highly recommend sheer cover! best of luck!!

loose powder.. then if its kinda really bad have like creams and stuff.. look at walmart in cosmetics!!
make shure u wash ur face with neutrgena
or use proactive!!

there are yellow and grenn concealer sticks in the make-up departments. yellow covers up purple marks, green covers up the redder marks. they work well, and u just blend them right in. physicans formula makes good ones
