Where do Scholastic Bowl guestions come from?

I am in Scholastic Bowl and i didnt know where the guestions come from. They seem like they are in every school we go to.

I used to help out with academic challenge after school. The practice questions were faxed to the advisor from a state organizer. I would imagine that the Scholastic Bowl is similar, although they may use email instead of fax.
When they had actual tournaments they were also sent to the school by a head advisor.
