yes indeed i do know a Debra, and yes she is fiesty, but at the same time a great person, All Debra's are not mean,They Just have a colorful personality,,, The one I know has a sister name Alyce.

I knew a Debra, she didnt have it going on, she was two-faced, a ***** and a pu*sy. I also new a deborah, she was a very sincere, genuine friend, very natural and very un superficial, nothing like the other debra.
