Red face means you're blushing. Usually because you're embarassed or nervous. And your voice is different because you might be nervous or getting more mature.

It could be that your nervous and uncomfortable or excited. Speaking in front of a group or crowd can easily show in one's face, voice and/or body language. Try to find a way to keep you at ease. Think of something pleasant or use something that calms you.

What you are experiencing is the same at stage fright. It is a fear of public speaking. What you need to do is focus in on one person (preferably someone you know that is smiling and approving of what you are saying). You can blankly look around during your speech but only look directly at that one person. Tell yourself you are only talking to him or her. If you were talking to one person, you wouldn't be nervous. Right?
Try it, it works.

this is normal...maybe you're flaky or have different personalities with people.
