I am a democrat and I love this show. Some of my republican friends love it too. They think he is serious, its really funny. Do you take this show serious?

As a conservative, I find the show funny. The Daily Show just annoys me. Even if I were liberal, I don't think I could get over the fact that John Stewart laughs at the jokes all the time.

i recognize Jon Stewart makes over $15 million consistent with 365 days yet how plenty does Colbert make? i ought to recognize because of the fact Stewart craps throughout people who earn on a similar time as pandering to the school elderly demographic

It is a funny show and just that; a show. It is not real and meant to entertain. It is certainly better, and more realistic, than CNN.
