Sometimes in class i know the answer before class but during class i just go Blank and dont know the answer anymore?

Probabl because of lack of interest. Your memory will store everything that you consider important or unfamiliar. Say you were trying to think of how to fix a car engine which you dunno how to do. So you look back on all those pimp my ride episodes and try to achieve that goal based on that knowledge.

its called under pressure my friend. it happens to me to.
in your mind you know you dont have a whole lot of time to finish your work before class ends, you look on your paper and see so many questions that need answers that you forgot the one you really know, its not that you dumb, or add, adhd, nothing like that, its sinking to the bottom before you can catch the rope, under pressure. you will be fine, ok hun

ur attention is diverted by events prior to when class starts, by this time the seemingly unimportant answer is forgotten

i think it's cause you just weren't interested. Like you wanna remember it, but then in reality you don't care cause how is this gonna help you live?
