At the risk of sounding right wing... Have you ever noticed that you never see a homeless guy walking around with a cart that has a busted wheel? I don't think it's the grocer's fault. I think the homeless guys have all the good ones...

no, if you happen to be the one who broke it. that will get you kicked straight out of the store and they do not let you purchase your items, either. all i was doing was trying to do was fit a thousand cases of beer in the cart and it flipped over and hit the manager....too much info, huh?
