dont panic, this is temporary, people rarely continue frienships with junior school friends ,by the time your in high school you wont remeber any of this. take this time to find yourself. if you stop looking a " true" friend might fall into your lap. trust me, this is all temporary, its your age. sounds like you dont have very nice peoplke as your friends right now

for starters she couldn't be much of a friend if she ditched you for the popular gang.
next, it's stupid to move to a new school for something so dumb - and not to mention, no friends in this school, none in the other one either.
also you only had the one friend, not friends.
she has a good reason why she doesn't want to be with you now. however it's for a rather petty reason, your allowed to have more than one friend. i don't know what she did that you would consider mean and cruel - but if she did those things, then she was never a friend to begin with.
i don't have friend either, never really had them. don't really need them. they get in the way. if you must have friends, get a hobby and find people with a simaler interest and you'll have new friends. and i can almost gaurantee that if you have new friends, your so called best friend will want to be your friend due to sheer jealousy. and that's when you stick it back to her that she's been replaced and is no longer needed.

Why would you betray your friend? You dont do that to your friends man or you get bitten on the ***. Its called karma. What you do to others comes back at you three fold. Id say start looking for new friends, and this time, set some guide lines with them when you get close to them. no back stabbing, no dating each others crushes and no talking about each other behind your backs, and things should work out for you the next time around. BTW did you even apologize or did you just try to shove her wrongs in her face?

When a friend does you wrong you have to learn to forgive them and not get revenge out of it. It is cruel to say the least and what are you teaching your friend. You have to learn to talk to your friends about the things that hurt you so you can both come to a compromise. Its not easy but its better than loosing everyone at once. Don't worry you will have a better group of friends soon. and this time try a different stratagy. Take care Heather

I get into mess like this with my bff all the time .What i would do is try not to talk to her for one week and then bump into maybe there you can talk it out and maybe she will change her mind about you .That's what I do just give her space .To me you sound like a good friend i would be your friend again!
Best of luck !

Apologise to her and let her know that you still want your freedom to choose friends. However, do let her know that she is your best friend and you would like it to be that way. If she accepts you for what you are, good luck! If not, get yourself different set of friends. Same grade or grades lower than your's shouldn't be your top consideration; friends are afterall friends!

i switched schools due to friends, (but mostly bullies) and it worked. i have good friend surrounding me, well sure some are sometimes mean, but your 'friend' isn't a friend if she does cruel stuff
i suggest going to a prep-ish school but take a in class tour (a tour during class) to scope out the people in the class, cause at most prep-ish schools there's a bit of everything cool kids nerdy but nice kids etc.

Just remember if she was your friend in the first place she would not be doing this. Find a new bunch of friends.
