Maybe "All That Jazz" from Chicago, "Poppa" from Yentyl, you know something everyone knows and loves.

Pick a song you love that can really showcase your vocal talent, but that isn't majorly popular today. So many people audition for things these days that the auditioners end up hearing the same couple of songs over and over and over. After a while they stop hearing, because it's just the same thing again, and never as good as the original person who sang it. If nothing else they'll be eternally grateful to you for sparing their ears a moment or two.

Some of my favorites are:
It Might As Well Be Spring from State Fair
Look To The Rainbow from Finnian's Rainbow
Shy from Once Upon a Matress
My New Philosophy from Your A Good Man Charlie Brown
Can't Help (Lovin' That Man of Mine) from Showboat

Carrie Underwood has good second soprano songs.
Might I suggest "Before He Cheats"? It shows a great range and leaves room for overall musical expression.

Depends on what you are auditioning for. That should be your ultimate guide, so do a little research into the show or role you're going for. Try to find something in a similar style, and with reasonably similar range within it.
