Yes, you can do it through "WILD" which is wake-initiated lucid dream, and through other methods. Also, keep on doing reality checks in your daily life - that means find an object you can focus on each day, several times a day and be aware of your surroundings. Ask yourself "Am I dreaming now?" after you discipline yourself to do this each day for at least a week or so, your subconscious mind will become programmed, and when you will fall into a dream, you will more likely be able to realize you're dreaming because you will ask yourself if you're dreaming while you're asleep. There is so much info on this, that you'd be better off going to www.dreamviews.com and reading all the info on this. There are also message boards where you can chat to others who are learning about lucid dreaming or those who have mastered getting them. It's a great website, and I've learned a lot about LD from it. Check it out; you will not regret it, and if you like it, register and join me and the rest of the lucid dreamers on the forums. Good luck.

You have to clear your mind of thought not easy at first. Try something pretty amazin close your eyes and try to guess what your mind will think of next..your brain friezes and goes blank, guess it doesn't like to be watched. concentrate on your breathing and repeat in your mind what you wish to dream about. It is very important to write down what you did dream about as soon as you awake. If you want to share a dream with someone agree to meet in a place that is special to both of you. It take a little time but not to long. It did not work for me till i wrote it down in the morning. but i can do it most of the time now. good luck

Find any textbook by Dr. Carl Gustav Jung on the topic of "Active Imagination." You'll probably find a good one at a college textbook store. It covers the topic very well.

Hook up with Carmen's group.

You'll get there. Just watch out for all the garbage some people will try to sell you, gadgets and stuff. You can do it for free.
