Actually I was wondering the same thing. I've been taking prenatal vitamins for about 2 months now because I was under a lot of stress about 6 months ago and a lot of my hair fell out. I was hoping to get my hair back with the prenatal vitamins, but for about 6 weeks now I have been having bad acne breakouts. Could the prenatal vitamins be causing my acne? I never had it before.

you're recommended to starting taking prenatal vitamins if you are planning on conceiving. Alot of people also take them for their hair/nails.

sure, they are just vitamins fortified with extra folic acid, as long as you're having a decent diet, nothing wrong with it

Yes, it's just more expensive! Make sure you supplement with calcium.
