You sound like a pretty tall kid. You should end up somewhere in the 6'3-6'4 range when you've finished growing. I'd think you should try defensive end...you might be a little tall for linebacker.
Defensive end is the lineman who watches the corners of the line and races to get the quarterback. Julian Peppers is one hell of a defensive end.

Well if your in 6th grade now that means you are going to be in 7th, if your that big already you dont need to worry about where your going to go. Your coaches will have a very easy time puting you in a position. Probably MLB since your a little bigger than most kids your age. Weight isnt really a big factor yet. But just dont worry about it. Noone on the internet can correctly tell you where you should be playing at without about 10 differnet pieces of info, of which you gave only 2. You should play football and you shouldnt worry about it because with your heigth you should progress into a pretty good player by the time you finish growing and reach varsity level in highschool.

Man, you're pretty big! I think the best position for you is defensive tackle or defensive end because there is no catching involved, and with your size it will be easy for you to get around people. Defensive ends have to run a little bit more and have to be reasonably fast, so I would probably recommend you for defensive tackle.
The defensive tackle is a player in the middle of the defensive line. This player must get around offensive lineman to either get sacks or tackle the running back. This player simply crouches down before the snap and tries to jump the offensive lineman to get to the quarterback or running back. Something to be careful for is offsides. If you jump and touch the offensive lineman in front of you without getting back to your original position before the ball is snapped, your team will be penalized.

Defensive end. The thing I hate most, being an offensive tackle, is a fast and quick defensive end. Just work on some quickness and agility no matter the position, and you should be fine wherever the coaches put you.

Wide reciever or tight end, they get open and catch the ball, and the tight end also blocks quite a bit. With your height, decent speed, and good hands, you should make a good wideout or tight end.
Maybe safety on defense -- he's the guy who stays back to prevent the deep pass.

Probably Safety at this point, but you have alot of growing to do. Depending on how big you get and if you get faster you could move up and play defensive end or outside linebacker.

You could play defensive lineman or defensive end...If you're not fast, you should try to practice getting to the QB

You are very tall for your age. The weight will catch up soon. I'd say DE or LB.
