I heard this is maitanace there doen on the xbox live. How long should I expect it to be down for?

It was supposed to last 14 hours and be back on about 3pm today but so far its not. Should be on later tonite but will be on tomorrow for sure.

Xbox said from 12:00am to 2:00 pm Or around about 14 hrs but that ended awhile ago and there still not back online. Mtu is failing because the servers cannot be found. (The servers are being worked on.) I think this maintenance is taking place because halo 3 beta might be released soon.

I have the same problem. I tried to sign into Xbox Live and my "MTU" failed. I know that there is mainetenence going on right now. But why is my MAximum Transmission Units thing failing? I want to play Halo 2 so bad. If you find out anything. Tell me. (if you can)

YO i got the same e-mail. it was suppose to be over by NOW but they probably found some big problems.
