Oxygen is a toxic, poisonous gas we happen to use to promote hemoglobin in our blood system. Some promoters get 15%, but Oxygen only gets 11% in the atmosphere. More than that and we'd get giddy.

No, you cannot be allergic to O2. It's not composed of anything that can harm you. If pollutants are present in the air, sure you can be allergic.
