In this myth of Aphrodite and Ares’ affair, the overwhelming amount of lust one might be attracted to was portrayed. Though Hephaestus knew the ________ RARENESS? between love and war creating a good relationship, he did not question or hesitate to believe the affair between Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love, and Ares, the God of War. Aphrodite’s actions were consisting of an extensive amount of physical attraction, lust, and erotic love. However, her actions did not behold any emotional love; she could not even love her husband for giving her all the luxury he could.
