family code in canada?

i was born in the philippines but my father abadoned us and when to canada and married another girl....he was also married to my mom in the philippines...i just want to ask if we can accused him to bigamy or any other case...pls help me

If the marriage is registered there then yes, but I think you'd have to accuse him in the Philippines because that's where he's breaking the law technically.
