How can I prevent anovulatory cycles?

I have been charting temps and cervical mucas and I have noticed that I ovulate every 2-3 cycles. Also confirmed by lack of breast tenderness.

What are things I can do to prevent anovulation while trying to conceive?

the only thing you can do is probably get a fertility specialist to prescribe birth control to regulate your cycles
or get on hormones to help aid your body to ovulate normally
