comcast dvr help?

i've recorded a show and i know that i'm supposed to press "my dvr" to watch it, but it won't do anything. does this mean that dvr was not included in my package? or is recording part of having a dvr? Any suggestions?

Two suggestions:

1. Press Cable button, then press My DVR.
2. If no changes, then press menu and select DVR icon. You can access your programs that way too. My DVR is just a shortcut button.

It's possible that your remote is broken and needs to be replaced.
