My wife has an egg on Tueday. On Wednesday night and Friday night we had sex. Next Saturday the doctor (gynae) checked and found sperms had mostly died. But the sperm count, mobility, etc was found normal from the bottle sample done few days earlier. The doctor said this is due to toxic in the vagina? Is there such thing? How to overcome it? Another doctor suggested that it is due to incompatibility between the sperm and the vagina fluid. I never heard of it before. Anyone knows?

I meant the next day, which is a Saturday, we went to the doctor to check what happened to the sperm inside. My wife and I had not had any child since we married 6 years ago. The doctor suggested doing IUI, but I want to know if there is a way to "clean the vagina?

Thanks for your answers but I dont think I'll remarry others. I love my wife and she will be heartbroken if she knows there is nothing else we can do. My Obgyn refuse to talk about the mucus. She recommends doing IUI. But then, it will mean the root cause it not overcome. And having to always do IUIs for future pregnancies. And that is sad for my wife.
