the sign says "no shirt no shoes no service." it didn't say "no pants no service." i could sue them for false advertisment. this is America and i can't buy a hot dog and pepsi without pants.

You know what your right and its time we take action.
We america, Are free and wild and will remain that way for enternity. Is it wrong 7-11 to express induviduality? I dont think so and it sounds like discrimination to me. Heck Ive seen people wear bathing suits w/ a shirt go in 7-11 they didnt stop them so why should your situation be different. Be the first american to have courage and sue them.
I have another idea go into 7-11 wearing a shirt that says "I hate 7-11" They cant kick you out then now can they?! muahahaha....

Since you only had boxers on, it sounds like you weren't wearing a shirt. Try one of those next time.
