Whe I was a kid I don,t know that McDonalds was a thing.Besides my mother always had 3 meals on the table.Never,ever do I recall not having a good healthy meal.We all sat down and had family time along with a big glass of ice cold clear well water.and a good salad for supper.Those times are at McDonalds now.Sorry!!!

No Happy meals when I was a kid, but I sure bought a lot for my kids.
I love those things. The toys are the best. Sometimes I buy them for the toy b/c I like them.

When Dolemite Daddy say "Dumpster" da kids jump fo' joy. Happy meal was da chicken bones left over from da rich folk dinner table.

we would be out the door and in the car in seconds!!!lol!!!
and we'd play in the fenced off area for kids for like 10 minutes then grab our meals and see the toy first,then eat!!!
the bliss of being a child!!!

My mom said when I was 2 that my tummy growled and she asked what my tummy was saying. She said that I said "My tummy says donalds." She says was funny cause we had never been to McDonald's. Ahhhh the power of advertising.

I never was a fan of McDonalds. I had their chicken nuggets one time and that was IT!
