Well I don't think I pulled it but it's like a sharp pain when I run..and after I run it's really sore..should I wrap it or something?? I have no idea what to do but it's killing me..so do you have any suggestions? please helppp thanks! =]

it's good it means your getting better muscles but just to be sure you should ask your health coordinator like the atletic doctor or something just to check it out thats what I do I run track and play basketball and these things happen to me alot
