i am stuck on the REAL DOCTOR episode. I removed all of the tumors and put that paper things on them and then desinfected everything but then it said i need to stitch up the wound and there is no wound to stitch up. What do i do.

After removing all four large tumors from the patient's intestines (and bandagin and gelling the area), Angie will ask you to use the ultrasound some more, 'just to be safe'. Just go around the whole screen, using the ultrasound about ten times, and Derek will say that he doesn't see anything, and that they should close up. Angie will agree, and then it will zoom out. If this doesn't happen for you, you may have to quit the surgery and restart from the beginning, sorry.
If it happens again, you may have a bug with your game.
Hopefully this will clear it up. Sorry it's so long.

After you remove the tumors and put the membranes on, use the ultrasound a bunch of times. Then, the screen should zoom out and you can suture the incision that you made to begin the operation.
