insted of resting i do pull ups and dips between my exercise every day i work out

I don't know. I mean, if you have been doing it for ages, and I assume you have if you can do 20 sets of 15 reps, then I'd say OK. If you you just started, I'd be afraid of having huge arms, and not doing enough for your other parts of your body; being completely disproportional with your other muscles. If you could, I'd add some things like push ups, sit ups, and calf raises, to avoid working some areas more than others.

Of course you do.
On my way to the office today I saw an out of control train so,I popped into the nearest phone box and Kazam I then slowed the train down to a stop and then flew onto the office.
By the way,the period between exercises is supposed to be for rest so that you muscles can recover.

it is very good to do pull-ups with dips everyday.
Orang-Utans are living examples of pure lat strength. They are better than spartans.
