If I could go, I would like to see Rome (the Colosseum) and Florence. But what if I knocked on her door and Florence wasn't home?

I will go back to Italy tonight in my dreams! I lived right behind the Colosseum for 5 months and loved it! Florence is beautiful! And I would die to be back in Italy right now....where there is no drama, and people are just so happy about life...and the pizza is amazing!

I'd LOVE to go to Italy. Yes, Rome. I think if Florence didn't answer, I'd have to continue on my journey to Greece. I'd leave a note saying I'll come back later.

Maybe she knew you were coming and ran...jk.

I would love to go to Italy! See the Alps and Appenniene mountain ranges, visit wine cellars, see the oh so brilliant Colosseum, and forum...the cathedrals, museums and theaters and the horrific catacombs....even if I couldn't see all of these enchanted places....Italy has so much history. It's people and culture are (seemly) so much different than the U.S. I would love to go there and take pictures, meet new people, paint......learn new things(maybe I could even learn how to speak Italian..though I could barely speak English).

Bumped into many Italians in Mexico on holiday and they all seem so hoity-toity and cosmopolitan, I know they are nice people, but maybe a little garish...snd dsmn them little cups of coffee are strong! I know they are the seat of modern society, but I like folks from less high strung places...by the way last time I heard Flo and Eddie were on the road...something about a mountain....Have fun!!!

I've been to Italy twice, once to Rome and then once to Bergamo, it's close to Milan. I had a great experience in both places. Italy is great!!!
