Why does my IE 7 not playing Flash items?

I have downloaded flash, enabled it, as well as rebooting the computer. What do I do next?

Your processor may not be able to keep up with a Flash animation. When you open a flash item, hit Control+Alt+Delete to bring up Task Manager. Click the middle tab and see what % CPU your processor is currently running at. Obviously if it's at 100% playing the item might be difficult. Also, try using FireFox instead of IE. It's a much better browser.
