If you are talking about IN the NBA at their prime it would be VC easy, didn't anyone here see him leap over the 7foot oriental dude standing straight up and then dunk on him! You can find the clip of him somewhere on the net, it was insane! Other than that though its hard to say, lots would say Lebron but that is just a popular choice with no legitmate backing at all he can jump but I agree little Nate has him in the hops catagory, not to mention probably10 other guys not as well known.

Nate Robinson, has a 48 inch vertical, he can dunk, and he can leap over a small car all while being only 5'8. Ben Wallace also has good hops, he is a six'eight center, and one of of the lead shot blockers in the NBA(Believe me when I say that jumping DOES contribute to shot blocking). J-Rich(two time dunk champion(02,03 would've been 04 if it weren't for Fred Jones), has mad hops. Anyone who could go behind the back and between the legs all in one jump to win the dunk contest has good hops and air time.

it was Vince Carter but after his knee issues and a surgery, although he still here and there has a disgusting throw down, I'd have to say the best hops in the NBA go between Lebron, Nate Rob, Josh Smith, Rudy Gay, and Gerald Green. That's the top 5 without questions and its hard to decide just one of them

You have to go with GERALD GREEN. This kid can fly. Plus he is the dunk champion. I go to celtics games and every person in the building stands up when he gets the ball hoping he will throw it down. LeBron has a ton of dunks because he plays like the whole game. Gerald hardly played in his rookie year, and now he only plays because the celtics have injury problems. But when he gets his chance- Gerald Green jumps outta da gym.

I would say Vince Carter....but he is getting old
I would say lebron......well I guess it is Lebron the only player close to him is Nate R. because he's so small and still gets up there but he will miss dunks so its
KING JAMES

Lebron is probably the highest jumper in the NBA at 6'8'', but nate robinson is a foot shorter dunking the ball so he is probably one of the highest jumpers.
