window motor works i can hear it but window doesnt move,it will however fall into the door if i dont wedge it up

I had a 91 Maxima with the same problem. I had to have it replaced for the right rear window at a Nissan Dealership. I don't think there is any repair for it, you are going to have to have it replaced.

It sounds like the window came unlodge/disconnected from the window frame/plate. Remove the door panel and verify exactly what is wrong. You will most likely only need some paste/glue to reconnect the window to the frame. Good Luck.

It is likely that the nylon "wheels" or sliders have broken off...you'll have to open up the door panel to get a good look at what has to be repaired first.
