American Idol? How are people still voting for him?! He has to be on there as a joke. Did anybody see his hair tonight?! EWW!!! Please nobody vote for him he needs to go home tonight

I think people are voting for him to make a mockery of the show!
Sanjaya Malakar, 17, is from Federal Way, WA. He auditioned in Seattle with his sister, who was eliminated at the Hollywood stage of the competition. Sanjaya says he started singing as a little boy and had formal singing training.
Sanjaya, who spent four years performing with the Hawaii Children Theater, claims he is a shy person and says "I'm scared that I'll never be able to walk into a supermarket without someone recognizing me." His music idol is Stevie Wonder.

Well, this is American Idol and the people have the right to vote for any contestant they want. Sadly, many people vote for a specific person, not because of their singing ability, but they're personality and their popularity the show has put emphasis on.

Well, he was good in the audition, but now he is like a Michael Jackson impersonator. I can't believe they voted off Sundance! I was sooooo mad!!!!
