I have a gateway computer, and I bought another gateway computer that has not arrived yet. I want to put the modem card from my old computer into the new one (if it will fit). The seller tells me that the computer I purchased takes a low profile card...how do I know if I have that one or another kind?

The profile refers to the height of the card. Unless the new computer is one of those mini cases that's a third of the size of a regular case, then you should be able to find an open pci slot on the motherboard that will work.
