i'm still stuck in two minds on this one,i've been looking all over the internet on this subject and i seem to sway more to the hoax theory, simply because of simple evidence such as no crater underneath the eagle etc, etc.or no dust on in its feet.maybe it is all true and people jus love a good conspiracy ,i guess i'll never know.

My comment is for Rain on neptune, I heard once in a tv documentary that the flag had a pole in the top to make it stand out like that.

They went(apollo11), but they fudged the pictures. They didn't shield the film properly, and they were overexposed by radiation during the spaceflight/moonwalk.NASA knew that having no decent pictures was a publicity nightmare, so they probably doctored some up from the moon walk simulated training area, which is why people keep pointing out inconsistencies in them. Its because there are inconsistencies in them!I don't think they ever thought it would do any harm.
The theory that they did not go is just plain daft.If you want to go and tell Buzz Aldrin he's a liar then good luck to you.
It will all be found out soon anyway.I'm reliably informed that telesopes with the resolving power to see space junk that was left on the moon by man will be on line soon.If you see the lander base and the moon buggy they left through a telescope, that sort of proves it for me!

I saw an excellent programme on one of the UK documentary channels. I think that it was called "Conspircay Theories". It's aim is to objectively assess some of the more famous/notorious "conspiracies". It's narrated by that Morrissey guy who was in Men Behaving Badly, he's actually a very good narrator.
They looked at the moon landings and the many questions that were raised. They showed, and proved by showing, that alternative explanations to "conspiracy" were viable at the very least. Before the programme I was 90% sure that the moon landings were a hoax. After the programme I had to admit that the "Hoax" evidence had been pretty much obliterated.

They Landed!

The following orbited the Moon, Apollo 8 & 10. The following returned after technical problems ,Apollo 13. The following landed, Apollo 11, 12, 14, 15, 16,& 17.The last landing was 1972. All landings are accepted by scientific observatories world-wide, by the USSR , and China, who both tracked the events and accept them fully and scientifically. Conspiracy theorists are in error. So are you `Stop Stalking Me`, there were 6 Apollo landings, ending 1972, not 1969 !!!

They never Landed on the Moon it's a HOAX!
Don't you think that if they did land on the moon
they would go back to do tests and stuff or just
explore the surface of the moon for any signs
of previous life?

I mean back in the old days when they apparently
went there do you think they did any tests and
stuff I mean Technology back then was pretty
Crude not to mention the Dodgy space craft
they apparently got there in..

And if people said they didn't go to the moon don't
you think they would land on the moon now to say
they did? The answer is they never went, and it
was filmed on earth somewhere ,I mean in the
photo's there's No Stars, The flag is blowing in
the wind..

And how's that guy who kept asking the Astronauts
to swear on the BIBLE that they landed on the
Moon, and not one on the Astronauts did, because
they are scared if they lied on the BIBLE they
would be lying in the Face of GOD..!!

It's all bullsh!t,They never went and anyone who
believes they did is an absolute MORON..!!!

The absolute best reason I have heard, among many, is that if the landing had been a hoax Russia would have made the biggest deal posssible out of it and never let it go. We were in a race to get there, hated each other, and a lot would have been gained by trashing us and proving us a sham. If you had lived during that time you would know just how true this is,

I believe they went to the Moon not through scientific investigation but an understanding of human nature.
In order for the Moon landings to be a hoax hundreds if not thousands of people would have to have been in on it and in the38 years since no-one has sold their story or come forward to say "yes I was in on it and this is how they did it".
So no I don't believe it was a hoax

To the dude who said something to the effect of 'if we can put a man in space, why can't we cure all disease?' - you have a logical disconnect. The means by which we put people in space, which currently amount to strapping them to a bloody great rocket, pointing it in vaguely the right direction and hoping it doesn't explode on the launch pad, are not what you'd call elegant. In terms of advancement, our space travel technology is far, far behind our medical technology. This is mostly because space programs have not been pursued for hundreds and hundreds of years like medicine has. You may as well say that 'if we have five hundred channels of TV, why haven't we cured world hunger?' The question ignores the complexities of the problem.

I watched the moon landing back in 1969, I was 12 years old..I believed it then and still believe it now, I also believe that we are far more technically advanced that any of our Governments will tell us.. Just a word about the disease thing, this world is far too populated for its resources.. I think they may have cures for certain things but don't release it as we are legally Culling people by not releasing this information..BB .. )O(

I think they did go to the moon, because all the physics checks out. People love conspiracy theories. Lack of evidence for a conspiracy theory actually helps it develop.

Who exactly wants us to think its a hoax, and why? I'm sure they are hiding something.
