The shows on PBS are produced by a wide variety of producers. Some are PBS stations, some are other institutions or individuals. You'd need to look on the PBS web site to find information for a specific show.

PBS is a network, just like ABC, CBS, NBC, or Fox. Only the individual shows have producers, which you can find at the end (sometimes beginning) of that show.
