I am trying to find someone I grew up with who was taken by child welfare 15 years ago. How do I find her?

I know she changed her first name but have no idea what last name she is now using.

Very difficult...why don't you just forget about her and move on.

Really the best thing to do would be to hire a private detective. It would probably be expensive, but unless you understand government procedures with name changes, right to know laws, computer information systems, etc it would be extremely difficult.
