The weirdest one I've seen (and it's real, read it in a medical book) is "phobophobia"... which is the phobia of getting phobias. I laughed for like two minutes when I read that, because you're pretty much screwed if you have that. Imagin that... someone who has a disabling fear of having disabling fears.

My best friend had a phobia of the inside of mushrooms and cried whenever she saw the little line things inside of one! or anything else w/ tiny lines or tiny holes for that matter. it was kinda funny actually.....
