yes 2 both.....i used 2 hide in the clothes racks from who ever i was shopping with and jump out of nowhere 2 scare them.....as 4 the wheel chairs i used 2 try 2 get my older cousin 2 push me around in them...the one time he actually did it he let go....good times....
