No you do not have to go to college to own a business. There are many people who got started when they were teens or even younger. Judge Hatchett has had a few of them on her show to teach the wild teens a lesson.

It is smarter to go to college and get a degree in business. That way you will have knowledge of things like accounting, marketing, etc. This way you can hire people and make sure that you are not being taken. If you know about accounting, then you can review the books to make sure they are correct. If you know about marketing, then you can make wiser decisions about how to advertise and not overspend.

No! I owned a ssuccessful bakery/cafe for 6 years before selling it at a profit. Visit your local branch of the Small Business Admin. They often have business incubators and will even research and write your business plan for free.

No, but you might get better capital investment if you did have a degree (but that is just my opinion). You certainly do not need a degree (HS or College) to own your own busines.
