Yes. You'll need to convert them to WAV files first, though.
I'd suggest using Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/latest/audacity-win/audacity-win-1.2.6.exe ) to convert the files to WAV. You can also edit the songs, choosing only the part you would like for your AIM sound, in this program. Open your MP3 (or whatever format your song is in, other than DRMed WMA) using Audacity, edit to your heart's content, then choose File > Export as WAV. Save the file wherever your would like, but be sure to remember where you saved it.
Once you have your sounds in the WAV format, you should be able to select the My AIM menu, then click Options, Edit Preferences, and finally click the Sounds tab, where you should have the option to add your sound.
